Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, refund, and/or exchange, your item must be damaged or incorrect based on your order. We only cover return shipping costs if the item you received is incorrect or damaged, then we will cover the return shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all other shipping costs.

Damaged Items: If you believe you have received wrong or damaged items, you have 3 business days to contact us about the wrong or damaged item. Please do not just send it back. Email returns@dnbgraphictees.com with pictures of the damage or wrong item, a description of the damage or wrong item, and a picture of your invoice. We will check your application for return and get back to you ASAP.

Before mailing your package in, read the policy in full, below. If your order does not qualify for a return, please do not send it in. Otherwise, your return will be denied and you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges to send it back to you.


If your return goes against our return policy, it will be denied and you will be responsible for paying the postage necessary to send it back to you. Please make sure you keep your return receipt with the tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days upon receiving the order.

Any item received after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to call and pay for the return shipping fee. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 business days, it will be donated to charity. All promotional/flash sale items may be return for store credit only! We do not issue refunds for those.

Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted. The following are non-returnable.

Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted.

Items that smell of smoke

All Items with clearance in the name are final sale items.

Any custom bleached items we offer, please understand it is physically impossible for all items to look the exact same. Appearance will differ on each tee but we strive to keep them as close as possible to the photo being advertised.

Any customized or personalized items we offer, unless the item you received is incorrect or has a mistake made by us.

Differing product colors. Actual product colors may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an images color.

Exchanges: We cannot guarantee an exchange for size or color mistakes but may do so if possible.
